Introducing the new The Teknobag Draimad sack filter. The special filter sacks with their water repellent material allow the dewatering process to carry on after removal from the machine. After two months storage up to 90% dry solids is achievable. The packaged plants are fully automatic and come with an integral sludge conditioning system.
The Teknobag Draimad is part of the Teknofanghi range of sludge dewatering and conditioning products available in UK. All of the units are manufactured in Italy based on a patented design, and carry the CE marking. On site testing units are available to enable us to choose the best solution for each individual client. In addition to municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial effluent plants, the products are used in a range of industries such as paper, food, steel, textile, slaughter houses, agriculture, chemical to name but a few.
The Scrufilter for effluent sludge can be used to remove the solids down to 20 microns and is ideal for improving the discharge from sewage and effluent treatment plants. The reduction in suspended solids is also accompanied by a reduction in BOD5, COD, phosphorus, nitrates and other substances.
The Scrudrain sludge thickener range uses an Archimedean screw with a polyester cloth attached to it to form a drum filter with a screw inside. By adjusting the rotation speed of the drum it is possible to control the dewatering process to achieve optimum dewatering time and sludge thickness whilst minimising the use of polyelectrolyte.
The Monobelt sludge belt press has an innovative endless belt, which produces a dryer cake than traditional equipment using the same width of cloth as well as allowing a higher sludge throughput. The unit has an integral sludge thickener, and final dewatering occurs as the sludge passes between a perforated cylinder covered with the secondary cloth and the main cloth.
The Polydilution sludge polydilution and dosing systems are designed to be used in conjunction with the Scrudrain sludge thickener, Teknobag Draimad sludge dewatering system and Monobelt sludge belt press and are available in manual and fully automatic versions.
